Pertama kali tour ke US pilih INDOUSA langsung, karena paling value for money. Servicenya top abis, kendaraan baru, dan bersih. Itinerary perjalanan dibuat ga buru-buru, dan malah santai buat saya yang harus ngajak orangtua. Ga bikin cape sama sekali. Last August, my family of four joined INDOUSA’s East Coast tour, and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. What we loved most was how private, flexible, and customizable the whole trip was. Instead of being in a big bus with strangers, we had a luxurious SUV (2025 Ford Expedition!) all to ourselves, which made the journey so much more comfortable. What really stood out was visiting places most tours from Indonesia don’t usually cover, like Providence and Bowen’s Wharf in Rhode Island, as well as New Haven and Yale University. Those stops made the trip feel extra special.

Ini pengamalan pertama kami liburan semi private, hanya 6 orang saja. Yang sebelum-sebelumnya harus minimal 15 orang. Kami pribadi lebih menyukai liburan yang semi private atau private seperti ini, karena kami bisa request destinasi tambahan diluar itenary yang akan kami kunjungi. Transportasi sangat nyaman, menggunakan van, bukan bis. Konsep travel tour lain daripada yang lain, minimal 3 orang
pun bisa berangkat. Adminnya juga sangat membantu dan tidak lelah menjawab semua pertanyaan-pertanyaan kami.

We are very satisfied with the tour service from INDOUSA. That is like a private tour that is not too rigid, but all the planned destinations are completely visited well, or even more. All participants are very happy. We love it! I hope that this kind of tour model can also be applied to other destinations outside the USA. The cost is more affordable and the tour itself would be very effective and intimate. We wait for the next excellent program from Indousa. Thanks!

Excellent service from INDOUSA! Everything meet our expectation. The car use as transportation is spacious and comfort. All hotels we stay are clean, safe and serve good American breakfast. Good Itineraries especially visit to Rhode Island (Providence and Newport) that not in other travel’s itinerary. The Tour Leader (and also driver) have good knowledge in all cities we visit. Beside following itinerary, He also willing to arrange stop at place that we want to visit (like location of TV show “FRIENDS” and “SEX IN THE CITY”, visit NBA store and all the basket ball team stadium in NY, Philly, Boston), while also managing the best route. In short really satisfied with INDOUSA. Very recomended. Thank you INDOUSA.

Amazing trip across the east and west coast with INDOUSA. INDOUSA’s approach really great especially their small group tours. Most travel agencies need at
least 10-20 people to run a trip, but Indousa makes it happen with just three person…. That’s a huge plus if you hate crowded buses and prefer a more personal
experience. We traveled in a comfy van (fits up to 8), which was way better than being stuck on a giant tour bus.

We (family of 3) went with a group consisted of six persons riding a medium size van, spend a 10 days overland trip in USA West Coast. We had a wonderful
unforgettable experiences with Pak Andre from INDOUSA as tour leader who was patiently caring and leading us to many beautiful spots along the way, as well as giving us several shopping tips to save our pocket. Travelling with such a small group in a medium van, had given us a flexibility to visiting additional stops within the schedule and reaching the spots within a few steps. Accommodations provided were acceptable with a surprised upgrade room at the last leg of the trips.

An adventurous journey, beautiful memories, making new friends, and also good driver manager gave a lot of help to us. We don’t miss even a single of our itinenary. See you in another trip!

This was my first time ever experience travel to USA. This is my honest review about INDOUSA Travel. After some worry about the schedule changed from east to west coast, and one thing surprised me, I finally flight with only 2 members. This is so professional and super excellent service. A lot of fun while following this trips from one to another places. Next target from me is Alaska. Keep on fire INDOUSA Travel!

What so great about INDOUSA trip was that they did not need big group to make it. We were only a group of 11 people, using 2 vans as vehicle. It was really comforting and enjoyable. The crew was very accommodative to our request during the trip. They even had ‘surprise’ itinerary that we loved so much. The hotel room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, INDOUSA.

As a first timer visiting USA, this is the best decision exploring the States with INDOUSA. Not only helpful, the destination was amazing, and we really enjoyed our time there. I recommend you to book the private trip because it’s more convenient rather than traveling with a big group. I can say this is very value for money!! Don’t hesitate to book your travel with INDOUSA if you are not a planning person. All you need to do is just sit back, relax, and enjoy!

This was my 2nd trip with INDOUSA. Service, hotel, vehicle are good, and tour leader had good knowledge about places and route. Really happy join this trip. I have good experience and hope can join for the next adventure..
